Airo shot blast series powder feeder is based on proven fluidic powder-fed technology for air plasma spray, combustion Thermal sprays, and HVOF Gun (high-velocity oxy-fuel). our feeders are Leveraging technological knowledge and manufacturing experience, this feeder is able to provide consistently reliable performance at a low cost. Airo shot blast offers very unique feeders. Our high-quality feeders are manufactured in our advanced manufacturing unit using the best-grade tools by our skilled experts. These offered feeders are generally known for their high accuracy at very low feed rates to handle free-flowing objects.
Our Feeder has been designed for use with manual and semi-automated spray systems and is compatible with existing Mecto semi-automatic controllers and spray guns.
Two feeders can be used with spray controllers capable of controlling multiple feeders, which is useful for very long spray campaigns or applications using a bond coating followed by a topcoat. For customers having a plasma system and an occasional need for a second feeding, the feeder is a very economical choice.
These feeders are compatible with HVOF spray equipment and equipped with specialized safety components for this process. Customers who run more than one thermal spray process, including HVOF Coating, may choose to use this feeder for all of their spray needs.
This feeder sare space-saving, the tabletop design has a hopper that is simple to fill and clean out. The operation of this is simple, using a precision rotameter to control carrier gas flow and easy-to-read and set pressure gauges to control carrier gas flow and the rate of this.
