Abrasive Media Manufacturer
Abrasives media used in Abrasive blasting machine, Sand Blasting Machine, Shot blasting machine for rough surface preparation. Abrasives media, Garnet Sand, Stainless Steel Shots Manufacturer, Supplier, and Exporters in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India at a low price.
Garnet Sand
In the process of surface preparation, Garnet sand is blasted onto the surface of the steel with the use of high-pressure compressed air. This process helps in extending the life of the coating. It is used for oil firms, petrochemical tank works, offshore applications, pipelines, heavy machinery repair, industrial parts cleaning and shipbuilding companies, as abrasive.
PS Balls
PS Ball stands for Precious Slag Ball, abrasive media which is an innovative material that can be produced by the rapid cooling of slag which generated from steel making process by means of our own Slag Atomizing Technology (SAT). It has superior characteristics compared to Garnet sand or copper slag in its compressive strength, hardness, and anti weathering. The liquid steel slag stream is transformed into spherical slag balls of various sizes by the supercooling method of molten slag, using fast heat exchange of the falling liquid steel slag in high-speed airflow. During this process, free CaO and Fe2O3 are scattered to form a solid PS ball and thus produced is in a stable Spinel Structure.
Cut Wire Shot
Cut Wire Shot is the media of choice commonly used for cleaning, peening, tumbling, finishing and is also used in wheel blast equipment. Cut wire abrasives are made up by utilizing a variety of wires of precise diameter and then cutting it into lengths mostly of the same dimension as the diameter. We offer a wide range of cut wire abrasives and the offered array includes Zinc Cut Wire Shots, Stainless Steel Cut Wire Shots, Brass Cut Wire Shots, Aluminium Cut Wire Shots and Copper Cut Wire Shots.
Steel Grit
Steel Grit is an aggressive media used in stripping steel, blasting and foundry metals. Steel grit’s high solidity and specific microstructure gives utmost robustness and impact energy transfer. Though softer than aluminium oxide it is still angular in shape making it ideal for creating an etched surface on metal. Steel Grit is widely used in wheel blast and pressure operated blast systems.
