Sand blasting Hopper Working

The portable sand blasting hopper (equipment) and sand blasting machine manufacturer industry on the pressure blasting principle, consist of a blast generator. The abrasives have chosen the top of sandblasting hopper while a machine is not working and the blast storage tank is not pressurized. At the top blasting hopper, a vibrating sieve is given to sieve the abrasive filled. The mushroom valve is below then the abrasive will get transferred to the blasting storage tank of the blasting hopper for blasting mode sandblasting hopper. The mushroom valve becomes up, the compressed air is switched on and the abrasive storage tank gets pressurized, for free reduction of abrasive into the mixing tube. From the mixing tube, the abrasive is carried away by compressed air to the nozzle for blasting. Sand blasting nozzle special design and tungsten carbides lined & dust collector resulting in long duty life. The remote control of sandblasting equipment ON /OFF is in the operator's hands and requires no electric connection.
