Grit blasting cabinet is another type of Grit blasting machine that has a cabinet and is a closed form of the machine. In that closed part blasting of contaminants as well as recycling of Abrasive blasting cabinet takes place. There are many different functions which are included like cleaning, recycling as well as the collection of dust particles too.
As grit blasting is used as the abrasive media in the blasting process thus to avoid visibility dust collectors are even connected with the shot blast cabinet. In the Grit blasting cabinet, the operator does not require any safety gadgets like a safety suit, mask, or sand blasting helmet, shoes, gloves, etc. as the whole process is performed inside the cabinet. - Moisturizer Separator- works as removing moisturizer from the air
- Non-return valve- avoid the flow of sand to the Moisturizer Separator
- Air regulator-to regulates air inside the gun & abrasive filter shaken with air.
