Internal Pipe Cleaning Machine
Internal Pipe Cleaning Machine
The Internal pipe cleaning machine is used for cleaning the inside surface of any pipe. Our internal pipe blasting equipment is specially designed as Circle blast, Spinner blast, and Jumbo blast.
Our internal pipe cleaning machine is designed with a PLC-controlled hoisting system to pull the blast hose with adjustable constant speed to sandblast the inside surface. The speed can be adjusted from almost zero to 16 meters/minute. Some manual slide models are available as below :
Roto Blast Tool, AIRO IRBT- 197A
AIRO IRBT- 197A roto blast tool is designed to clean pipe ranging in size from 1¼” to 12” (13 to 305 mm) internal diameter. The tool connects to a sand blasting machine at the place of a standard nozzle. In operation, the Circleblast nozzle directs the air and abrasive mixture at a deflection tip. This tip causes the blast pattern to fan out into a wide and circular pattern, which cleans the inside surface of the pipe as the tool is passed through. Two centering devices are available in the system to hold the tool in position during passes. The Roto Blast Tool is made from the finest materials available in the process.
Roto Blast Tool, AIRO IRBT- 197B
AIRO IRBT- 197B roto blast tool cleans the interior of pipes up to 40’ long and ranging in size from 8” (203 mm) to 36” (915 mm) internal diameter. The internal pipe cleaning tool connects to most sand blasting equipment at the place of a standard sand blasting nozzle. As the internal pipe cleaning tool passes through the length of the pipe being cleaned, the abrasive is ejected by two special nozzles mounted on a rotating head. Optimal rotating speed is controlled by the braking system which is present in the internal pipe cleaning machine. An adjustable centering carriage supports the tool through the pipe's internal surface.
Roto Blast Tool, AIRO IRBT- 197C
AIRO IRBT- 197C roto blast tool is used for cleaning the internal surface of pipes up to 40’ in length and 1016 mm (40”) to 1930 mm (77”) internal diameter. The internal pipe cleaning tool connects to most abrasive blasting machines at the place of a standard nozzle. As the internal pipe cleaning tool passes through the length of the pipe being cleaned, the abrasive is ejected by two special nozzles mounted on a rotating head. The optimal rotating speed is controlled by the braking system in the internal pipe cleaning machine.
