Thermal spray gun
A thermal spray gun is used for the coating process to prevent the surface of the material from rust after surface preparation with the help of a sand blasting machine. In this process melted and semi-melted materials are sprayed onto a surface. Thermal spraying can provide a thick layer of coatings over a large area at a high deposition rate (with high pressure) as compared to other coating processes.
Arc Spray Gun
The arc spray gun is mostly used for coating on the cylinder bores of an engine. Arc spray gun enables the use of an aluminum engine block without having heavy cast iron sleeves. An arc is used to melts the wire that is a supersonic plasma jet. This supersonic plasma jet formed by transferred an arc between a non-consumable cathode and anode the wire which is used for coating.
Zinc Spray Gun
In a zinc metalizing gun to melt the zinc and its alloys, an electric arc is also used. In the arc spray process, an electric arc is generated between the cathode and anode to melt the zinc. Zinc wire or powder feed between cathode and anode so when the arc generates it melts the material easily.
