- Cleaning of castings made of magnesium, zinc, aluminium, and copper alloys under pressure;
- Cleaning of castings made of stainless steel;
- Cleaning of stainless steel plates; and cleaning of stainless steel goods.
- Surface deburring can boost fatigue resistance, improve anti-corrosion properties, hide casting surface flaws, and enhance the appearance of coloured components.
- Shot blasting, derusting forgings, derusting castings, derusting steel plates, and derusting steel-related items
- Intensify Surface-heated materials that have been treated intensify; stainless steel intensifies.
- Cast blasting of stainless steel goods as well as magnesium alloys, zinc alloys, aluminium alloys, and copper alloys.

Stainless Steel Shots
Stainless Steel Shot is high quality, and extremely long-lasting. It can leave a surface free of contamination that causes rust. It is best for managing a smooth, shiny, satin-like finish and is generally used for cleaning aluminum and other non-ferrous castings and forgings.
Blasting with Stainless Steel grit will not support ferric contamination or rust on your surface. This makes Stainless Steel Shots an excellent abrasive option in applications where ferrous contamination is a matter.
It’s large bulk density and great hardness results in higher energy being transferred to the work surface than mineral or slag abrasives media, easily killing mill scale and molding sand. Its’s uniform particle size gives consistent coverage, and surface finish, improving production rates.
The low friability of Stainless Steel enables it to be recycled hundreds of times. Unlike mineral or slag abrasives, Stainless Steel will not totally shatter when it hits a surface, keeping its corresponding size. Recycling Stainless Steel increases profitability by reducing abrasive consumption, and shipping, clean-up, and disposal costs.
Classification of Stainless steel shots
Basis | Steel Shots | Stainless Steel Shots |
Raw Material | Basis raw material has lower physical property & composition | Raw Material is of exact composition without any material defect (blow holes, porosity, shrinkage, etc.), and wear out nominally during its use. |
Hardness | Various a lot(40-50 HRC) | Marginal variation(50-52 HRC) |
Dust | High Dust Generation | No dust generation |
Grain Size | Varies a lot | No variation |
Performance Consistency | Lower consistency as size & hardness varies a lot | High consistency as size & hardness have no variation |
Time Consumption | Higher Consumption | Reduces time for shot blasting |
Inventory Cost | Higher inventory due to high consumption, more money & space required | Saves on inventory cost, eventually reducing operating cost |
