- Low levels of fumes and particles, and a simple design.
- It is common practice to use the Powder Flame Spray Gun 6 PM II to protect machinery and structures from corrosion (e.g. bridges, offshore platforms, LPG bottles).
- Powder Flame spraying is usually used to protect structures and machine parts from corrosion and reclaim worn shafts.
- Powder Flame Spray Gun 6 PM II is used when a thermal spray coating with a low cost is sought and a low level of quality is acceptable.

Powder Flame Spray Gun 6PM-II Price
Powder flame spray gun 6 PM-II is used to implement coatings to solve various surface problems including machine component repairing, dimensional restoration, corrosion protection, abradable, and wear resistance. These types of coatings are Inexpensive to operate. The 6 PM - II series equipment have high coating rates with low gas consumption and high deposit efficiencies can be achieved with these types of guns. These guns are also simple to learn to operate and maintain.

Powder flame spray gun 6 PM-II series is proper for all-purpose applications in that it can apply a wide range of coating materials such as self-fluxing alloys, ceramics, self-bonding materials, and conventional materials such as steels, stainless steels, bronze, aluminum, and nickel alloys. A regular and reliable supply of powder is fed from the MPF-700 Powder Feeder to the gun allowing you to mount or manually coat in virtually any position without affecting the powder feed rates.
The 6 PM-II is a thermal spray gun, which offers good quality, dense, and uniform coating properties. It is the lowest-priced, general-purpose production system for the thermal spray process in the market. This thermal spray process is very reliable and rugged. Many coating materials can be fused, by using a post-spraying torch or oven technique, and results in a beautiful homogenous, or near homogenous, blending of the coating and substrate (workpiece) material.
In some cases, fused coatings are impossible with the plasma spray process. Operational costs for the coating are lower with the Powder flame spray gun 6 PM-II.

This powder flame spray gun does not have large power requirements or needs exotic gases to operate. The most common process gases for the 6 PM -II system are Oxygen and fuel gas like Acetylene or Hydrogen.
The 6 PM -II gun has no moving parts, which require frequent maintenance or replacement. This will save on maintenance costs and the costs of downtime. A powder flame spray gun process offers a much wider variety of available coating materials when compared to a wire coating system.
