- High temperatures have no effect on the themes that will be sprayed, guaranteeing dimensional and morphological stability as well as the absence of cracks and strength loss.
- There are numerous available coating thicknesses.
- The coating contains harder particles than the original materials in addition to hard components including metal oxide, nitride, carbide, and other hard elements that provide a high level of wear resistance.
- steel with cathodic coatings made of zinc and aluminium to stop corrosion.
- Bond and self-bonding coatings made of composite nickel/aluminum wire.

Wire flame spray gun is using for the coating process over the surface of the substrate to prevent it from rust. Wire flame spray gun process is basically the spraying of molten metal on the surface substrate to provide a coating. In the wire flame spray gun, the material in wire form is melted in flame of oxygen and acetylene (LPG) and then atomized with compressed air to form a fine spray.
Wire flame spray
The zinc spray gun coating or aluminum coating process is done after the surface preparation with the sand blasting machine. This molten metal droplet comes in contact with the prepared surface of the substrate and gets solidify to form a coating. Ceramics and cermets are using in composite wire form for coating. Wire flame spray gun wire size is 3.17 mm std. is using other sizes are optional.
Wire flame spray gun is a useful process for applying relatively inexpensive coatings on the substrate which contains high levels of oxides and porosity together with the option of achieving a rough surface finish.
Wire Flame spray system use for spraying both ferrous and non-ferrous material. Key applications are restoring worn-out components, conductivity, and anti-corrosion.

The wire can be Zinc, Aluminum, Copper in the form of a coil. The coil is mounted on a rotating table during zinc metalizing or aluminum coating, so that operator's do metalize on component or workpiece easily. The wire should be constant diameter and should be suitable for metalizing.
Sand Blasting Machine and Shot Blasting Machine are useful for Remove Rust and Corrosion.
