What are the Spare Parts of Flame Spray Gun?
There are some spare parts of the flame spray gun and these are-
- Air Cap.
- Air Cap Body.
- Nozzle Nut.
- Nozzle.
- Siphon Plug.
- O-Ring.
Siphon Plug
Wire Flame Spray Gun comes first in the siphon plug and then in the nozzle, it completely holds the wire. The siphon plug should be cleaned occasionally. Wipe out the grooves and clean out the holes with the proper size wires from the cleaning wire kit. Do not wash the o-rings with a cleaning solvent. Examine them for damage and replace them if required. Do not stretch new o-rings more than necessary. Lubricate all o-rings before reassembling the siphon plug.
Flame spray gun nozzle
In the flame spray gun, there is a nozzle after the siphon plug. Whenever a nozzle is put on the gun, the bore of the siphon plug should be wiped clean and put on the nozzle O-rings. The nozzle nut must be tight on the siphon plug. Firm tightening by hand is sufficient. Overtightening the nozzle nut can cause damage. Clean jet holes with the proper size wire from the removing wire kit. From the back end, blow out the holes with compressed air.
Flame spray gun nozzle nut
A nozzle nut is used to tightly hold the nozzle in the gun body and completely fit the wire. It is bolted after nozzle.
Flame spray gun air cap
It fitted after the nozzle nut, the air cap is a front tip or cover of the gun.
O Ring
The O ring is a rubber part that prevents leakage in the gun. The front-end hardware includes the siphon plug, nozzle, nozzle nut, air cap, and air cap body. The wire passes through the center of these parts. The siphon plug, nozzle, and air cap are determined by the spraying application. Front-end hardware selection is determined by combustion gas, wire size, wire type, and the duration of continuous spraying.
